Event Name:	24th Chicano/Latino & Native American Annual Graduation Celebration

Time:	5:30 p.m. Doors Open, No Host Bar and Dinner to 9:00 p.m.
Location:	Titan Student Union Pavilion ABC at Cal State Fullerton.
Parking:  Ticket Information:	State College Parking Structure off of Dorothy Lane and State College Bld. Tickets can be purchased at the Chicana and Chicano Resource Center PLS-171, cash, check or charge. http://www.library.fullerton.edu/guides/CRC/Home.php
Ticket Prices:	General Admission:                         $30.00
	CLFSA Members:                            $30.00 Graduates:                                    FREE (1 ticket per graduate)
RSVP Deadline to Assure Name is in the Program:	A ticket must be purchased for Children five (5) years and older Tickets are required for admittance Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE/REPLACEABLE    It is very important that graduate candidates fill out an RSVP card when they pick up their ticket. An RSVP card received by Friday, April 13, 2012, will ensure their name is added to the program.
Ticket Sales:	Sales Begin:                                Monday, March 12 , 2012 Sales End:                            Wednesday, May 9, 2012 or until sold out Last day to use check or credit card: Friday, April 20, 2012
Admission Cost Includes:	Full course meal and program
Dress:	Business attire or Semi formal wear-Guests is recommended Graduates: Bring Academic Regalia for procession
Recognition for Graduates:	Participating graduate candidates will receive a Graduation Sash and certificate at the celebration.
Other information:  Slide Show Photo:	Open Seating: Seating is first come first serve (Guests may not be able to sit together as a result) Please contact CLFSA by Friday, April 27, 2012, if there are any special needs: wheel chair access, crutches, etc. Submit copy ready pictures showcasing community service, Fundraisers, philanthropies, campus events, family gatherings, milestones, etc. All pictures must be received no later than Friday, April 20, 2012.
